His Holiness, Gregory XVII, previously Lorenzo Cardinal Moretti, was ordained to the diaconate on April 14, 2024, for the Apostolic Vicariate of the Americas, to the priesthood on May 19, 2024, and he was consecrated to the episcopate on June 29, 2025. He served first as Auxiliary Bishop, and later as Bishop (Apostolic Vicar) to the Americas, being based in the Pro-Cathedral of Sts. Peter and Paul. In Rome, he served as Prefect of the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the DIscipline of the Sacraments, Prefect of the Pontifical Household, and Master of Papal Liturgical Celebrations As a priest, he achieved as Doctoral degree in Liturgy, having done his dissertation on The Liturgy of Benedict XVI. He was elevated by H.H. Pius XVI to the College of Cardinals on March 18, 2026, as Cardinal Priest to the Titular Church of Santa Maria Domenica Mazzarello. On April 19, 2026, the College of Cardinals elected Cardinal Moretti after eight ballots, where he chose the name Gregory.

His Holiness, Pius XVI, previously Francisco Cardinal Barrio, was elected to the Ro-Pontificate on Saturday, January 17, 2026 He resigned from the Ro-Papacy on April 12, 2026. His Holiness was ordained to the diaconate on Sunday, October 3rd, 2021 for the Missionaries of St Joseph by H.H. Joseph II, ordained to the priesthood on January 21st, 2022 by His Excellency, Otilio Cardinal Garzia, and consecrated to the Episcoate on Saturday, January 11, 2025 in the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela by H.H. Vincent I. He served as the Residing Bishop of the Apostolic Vicariate of Europe. He was elevated to the College of Cardinals on June 9th, 2025 by H.H. Vincent I. He resigned from the Ro-Papacy on April 12, 2026 at 20:00 Rome time.
August 2024 - January 2026
His Holiness, Vincent I, previously Antonius Cardinal de Croatiae, was elected to the Ro-Pontificate on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 00:36 Rome. His Holiness was ordained to the diaconate on June 12, 2020 by H.E. Thomas Cardinal Ward, ordained to the priesthood on February 10, 2021 by H.E. Pedro Lerena, consecrated to the Episcopate on June 6, 2021 by H.H. Stephen X, and elevated to the College of Cardinals on February 2, 2022 by H.H. Joseph II. He died on January 5th, 2026, after a one-and-a-half year Pontificate.
July 2022 - August 2024
His Holiness, Benedict XVII, previously Cardinal Felix Ostrowski, was ordained to the diaconate on January 17, 2022 in the Archdiocese of Dublin by H.E. Alexander Cardinal Johnson, to the priesthood on April 2, 2022 by H.E. Alexander Johnson, he was consecrated to the episcopate on June 11, 2022 by H.H. Augustine V. He served firstly as the third Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Dublin and the Private Secretary of H.H. Augustine V. He later became the Prefect of the Congregation for Clergy and the Undersecretary of the Congregation for Bishops. He died on August 8th, 2024 at 05:09 Rome, having been Ro-Pontiff for over two years, the longest-reigning Ro-Papacy to date. On July 8th, 2022, he was made elevated to the College of Cardinals by H.H. Augustine V as Cardinal Priest of the Titular See of Narona. He was later elected to the Ro-Pontificate on Monday, July 18th, 2022 at 00:08 Rome, after only three ballots. He died on August 4th, 2024, at 05:09 AM Rome, having served a two-year papacy.

His Holiness, Augustine V, previously Cardinal Alexander Johnson, was elected to the Ro-Pontificate on February 2, 2022 at 23:00 Rome. He resigned from the Ro-Papacy on July 7, 2022.
September 2021 - February 2022
His Holiness, Joseph II, previously Cardinal Nicholas Hans, was elected to the Ro-Pontificate on September 9th, 2021 at 19:11 Rome. He died on February 6, 2022 at 17:10 Rome.

His Holiness, Stephen X, previously Cardinal Thomas Ward, was elected to the Ro-Pontificate on May 15th, 2021 at 21:45 Rome. He resigned from the Ro-Papacy on September 8, 2021.

His Holiness, Joseph I, previously Cardinal Sebastian Wysocki was elected to the Ro-Pontificate on Sunday, May 2, 2021, at 23:05 Rome. He resigned from the Pontificate on Saturday, May 15, 2021, after a 13-day Pontificate.
February 2021 - April 2021
His Holiness, Paul VII, was elected to the Ro-Pontificate on Monday, February 22, 2021. He died on April 24, 2021.
March 2020 - February 2021
His Holiness, John XXV, was elected to the Ro-Pontificate on March 14, 2020. He died on February 21, 2021.
January 2020 - March 2020
His Holiness, Eusebius I, previously H.E. Jack Cardinal Matthews, was elected to the Ro-Pontificate on January 1, 2020. He was ordained to the priesthood in the early months of 2014. Around 2016/17 he was appointed as the Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Berlin, later that year being ordained and appointed Auxilioary Bishop of Berlin, later becoming the 2nd Archbishop of Berlin. In 2018 he transferred to the newly erected Archdiocese of Westminster, where he became the 1st Cardinal-Archbishop of Westminster. He resigned from the Ro-Papacy on March 10, 2020.

His Holiness, Luke II, was elected to the Ro-Pontificate on November 16, 2019. He died on December 26, 2019.
May 2019 - November 2019
His Holiness, Eugene V, was elected to the Ro-Pontificate on May 26, 2019. He died on November 12, 2019.
